MijnGezondheid.net (MGn) is a secure, personal online health record for patients. This enhances our accessibility and gives patients the opportunity to truly participate in their own treatment. For more information, please refer to the Mijngezondheid.net info page.

The repeat prescription
You can now reorder your medications through MgN. This service is only intended for medications you have used in the past year. To order the medication, go to MijnGezondheid.net (log in with DigiD). You will receive a notification “You are logging in at PharmaPartners.”

Alternative method outside of MgN

• Patients of Medi-Mere Buiten, Stad, and Poort can also take advantage of the services available at www.serviceapotheek.nl
• Patients of Medi-Mere Haven can use the services available on the pharmacy page of the Haven location.
